Cancellation conditions & Personal Data Protection
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
All the cancellations have to be sent in writing to Spektar Putovanja d.o.o,
Andrija Hebrang Street 34, 10 000 Zagreb, Croatia
Cancellations before 22 June, 2023 – full refund deducting a cancellation penalty of 25,00 EUR.
Cancellations after 22 June, 2023 – a refund of 50% for all paid fees plus deducting a cancellation penalty of 25,00 EUR .
Cancellations after 23 August, 2023 – after this date, there will be no refund whatsoever.
Name changes will be charged a fee of 30,00 Eur per registration.
Special requests for the processing of the invoice should kindly be submitted in writing to the Registration Department. For the reissuing of invoices EUR 20 will be charged.
All refunds will be made within 2 months after the end of the event. Bank charges may be deducted. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered. Refunds, if due, will only be issued by a bank transfer.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
- Payment should be done in advance, in euros, on the account of agency Spektar putovanja d.o.o.
- Bank transfer - bank transfer payment should be made payble to Spektar Putovanja d.o.o.
Name of the Event, participant's full name and the Reference number 0034-003-2023 should be included with the payment.

- Credit card – the payments made by credit card will be in local currency kuna and the EURO fee amount will be calculated acording to the valid exchange rate on the day of the payment.

For the credit card offline payment, please download the authorization form, which, after filled in, should be send by mail or fax to the technical organizer Spektar putovanja. - Credit card online:American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro
